Jump Rope Activities that Rock!
This two day session will incorporate ropes of all sizes. We will progress from basic jump rope activities to activities that "look advanced" but are easy to do. We will learn the Egg Beater, Double Dutch, Group Rope Activities, Giant Rope Activities, Chinese Jump Ropes and Magic Ropes. This session will have your students begging for more!

Games to Keep Kids Active
This class will provide games that can be played with the equipment that you already have (or can modify). The games can be played with large groups or can be modified for small sided games. Some of the games involve "thinking on your feet" and will be sure to put a smile on your students' faces.

Fitness Fun
This session will provide specific activities that will have fitness objectives with the focus on FUN! Abdominal fitness does not have to "be a pain", arm strength doesn't mean "10 push ups", aerobics does not mean "run 5 laps" and flexibility is more than "touch your toes". Join us for activities that students will ask "can we do that again?"

Deck Tennis & Floor Tennis
Deck tennis is one of the most popular activities that students request once they learn the game. This simple game utilizes a badminton net and court, deck rings and 2-4 players per court. It is extremely active and requires quick feet and fast thinking.
Floor Tennis can easily be set up on any court and uses regular table tennis paddles and balls. It is perfect to teach at the same time as deck tennis as both games can be occurring at the same time to allow all students to be active during class. The rules are simple but again, this game requires quick feet and fast thinking.
