If you
are paying by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, the online registration
is now available to you. Take advantage of this new service being provided to the CPEW
workshop participants!!
You can still download your
registration form, print it out and mail it in as usual. Early Bird
registration ends May 23rd so hurry!
You can request a registration form to be mailed to you and/or get on our
mailing list.
